The internal database metrics captured by SoundReach.me—not public TikTok profile view counters or external cache displays—serve as the single source of truth for payout validation and campaign reporting.
Granted API Permissions: By authorizing your third-party creator or curator account on SoundReach.me, you explicitly grant the platform continuous permission to extract video metrics (views, shares, comments, audio identity matches, sound usage length) and account verification metadata.
Latency & Synchronization: In the event of API rate limits, network latency, or reporting delays between social platforms and SoundReach.me, payout amounts strictly correlate to the verified metric count recorded within SoundReach.me's database logs upon completion of the tracking window.

Campaign Validation & Video Auditing Rules
SoundReach.me enforces strict performance standards on all multi-studio sound challenges and curator reviews to protect artist intellectual property and sponsor campaign integrity.
The 7-Day Performance Tracking Window: Live video metric calculations commence immediately upon submission verification in-app and continue for exactly seven (7) consecutive days (168 hours). Creator earnings remain in a locked "Pending / In-Flight" status during this active tracking window.
Audio Layering & Audibility Thresholds: The campaign sound prompt must remain clearly audible throughout the video presentation. If a creator lowers the promotional audio asset volume to zero percent (0%), overlays a conflicting trending track that mutes the campaign audio, or alters the pitch/speed beyond natural recognition, the video is flagged as "Incomplete / Audio Muted" and all campaign earnings are forfeited.
Audio Identity Verification
Automated audio fingerprinting scripts scan creator submissions to verify that the official promotional sound ID matches the registered campaign asset.
To foster sustained long-term creator engagement, ensure active participation across multiple studio campaigns, and safeguard artists against one-off single-campaign account abandonment, SoundReach.me mandates minimum disbursement thresholds and mandatory content retention periods.
Mandatory $200.00 Cashout Threshold
Creators and playlist curators cannot request wallet withdrawals until their cumulative approved earnings reach or exceed the minimum threshold of $200.00 USD. Payout requests below $200.00 will remain locked in your account balance until additional campaign contributions fulfill the requirement.
Content Retention Requirement: All promotional TikTok videos and playlist placements must remain publicly accessible on creator profiles and Spotify channels for a mandatory retention period of 30 to 90 days following campaign verification.
Right to Clawback & Balance Reversal: If a creator deletes a campaign video, switches video privacy settings to "Private" or "Friends Only," or receives a copyright mute strike during the retention window, SoundReach.me retains the explicit legal right to:
• Instantly forfeit unwithdrawn earnings associated with the campaign.
• Deduct the full campaign value (up to $200.00) from your current wallet balance or future campaign accruals.
• Pause cashout operations pending account compliance review.

Anti-Fraud & Engagement Manipulation Policies
SoundReach.me enforces a zero-tolerance policy against artificial view inflation, engagement pods, automated script manipulation, and inorganic traffic generation.
Zero Tolerance Enforcement
Inorganic view manipulation or bot activity results in immediate permanent account termination, forfeiture of all wallet balances, and blacklisting from all studio campaigns without prior notice.
Automated Milestone Auditing: Submissions reaching high payout tiers or requesting maximum withdrawal thresholds ($200+) automatically trigger forensic audit scripts that analyze audience retention curves, traffic origins, comment entropy, and bot signatures.
Prohibited Actions: Purchasing views/likes, utilizing click farms, participating in mutual-engagement pods ("like-for-like"), or employing automated web drivers constitutes a material breach of contract.

Independent Contractor Status & IRS Tax Compliance
Creators and playlist curators participate on SoundReach.me strictly as independent contractors and are solely responsible for local, state, and federal tax reporting.
Independent Contractor Classification: Nothing in these Terms establishes an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between SoundReach.me and any creator or curator.
The $600.00 IRS Threshold & Form W-9: In accordance with United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations, when cumulative disbursements across all campaigns reach or exceed $600.00 USD within a single calendar year, cashout functionality will automatically freeze until the user submits a valid Form W-9 (or Form W-8BEN for international non-US residents). SoundReach.me issues annual Form 1099-NEC tax statements accordingly.
